SSC Multi Tasking (Non Technical) Staff Recruitment 2013 - Apply Online

Staff Selection Commission Recruitment 2013 is announced for the post of Multi Tasking Non Technical Staff to be appointed in Central Government Ministries, Departments, Offices etc. in different states and union territories as per the availability of vacancies thereon. This notification was advertised vide F.No.3/7/2012P&P wherein all the regional offices of SSC will conduct the recruitment of staff for the above mentioned post and has issued separate notification with tentative vacancy details and other information. SSC will be conducting a common examination in this regard towards the month of March 2013 and has thereby made available all the information relating to the application procedure, fees, important dates and syllabus. Candidates may apply for more than one State/Union Territories (if so desired) and in such cases they must submit separate application for each. The commission has allowed both paper application (offline) and online application submission as the mode of applying to this SSC MTS Recruitment 2013 and interested candidates may proceed accordingly as per their choice and convenience.

The eligibility criteria as prescribed by the commission involves one or more requirements and the applicant must ensure before applying that they fulfill each one of these criteria. There are requirements prescribed in terms of nationality & citizenship, age criteria (including relaxations for certain categories) and educational qualifications. These criteria can be seen in details from the SSC original notification. As on 7th December 2012, candidates must possess the essential educational qualification of being a Matric passed or equivalent from a recognized Board or Council. This qualification must have been acquired on or before the closing date of application so as to be considered valid.

Eligible candidates may apply offline or online as per their preference and needs to deposit a fee as well. However, the female candidates as well as those belonging to SC/ST/PH/EXSM need not pay any fee while all others have to pay Rs.100/- for each application. The mode of payment is Central Recruitment Fee Stamps (CRFS) for those opting to apply through paper applications while the online applicants has to pay in Cash through SSC Challan payable at any branch of SBI or otherwise SBI Netbanking. Please be noted that the SBI SSC Challan will be available for download only after completing the Part I registration. So, first of all you need to fillup the Part I Online Registration Form and submit the same after which the option to download the Fee Payment Challan will be generated by the system. There will be both objective type as well as descriptive examination for the above Staff Selection Recruitment 2013 for Multi Tasking (Non Technical) staff. The first paper will be held for 150 marks while Paper II will carry 50 marks. Negative marking system will be in force and 0.25 marks will be deducted for incorrect answers in case of Paper I. The first paper will include questions on General Intelligence & Reasoning (25 marks), Numerical Aptitude (25 marks), General English (50 marks) and General Awareness (50 marks). There will be 150 questions in Paper I with 1(one) mark allotted to each question asked in the examination. Paper II is descriptive type carrying 50 marks and candidates will be asked to write essays/letters in English & Vernacular language. Paper I will be held in 2 session i.e. 10:00AM to 12:00Noon and 02:00PM to 04:00PM for 2hrs while Paper II will be conducted for 30 mins.
