The above mentioned posts in Calcutta High Court are offered at a pay scale of Rs.5400-25200 with higher start of Rs.6,700/- only and along with all other allowances as admissible under the rules of the High Court. The appointment will initially be made on purely temporary basis but it is likely to be made permanent. The essential educational qualifications & criteria to determine eligibility are as follows.

As far as the age limit criteria for the above recruitment are concerned, candidates must be within 18-40 years of age and this is applicable for all the above mentioned post. Candidates must submit age proof certificate such as age recorded in Madhyamik or equivalent certificates only. Relaxation of upper age limit is admissible by 5 years for applicants from West Bengal who belongs to SC/ST/PH category.
Calcutta High Court Recruitment 2013 - Application Procedure
Eligible Candidates who are interested in any of the above mentioned job position may write an application in A4 size paper and then submit the same along with attested copies of certificates and testimonials which are duly attested and along with application fee to the Registrar General, High Court, Calcutta - 700001 on or before 31st May 2013 (04:45 PM). The fee applicable for SC/ST candidates of WB is Rs.50/- + Rs.12/- only whereas all others must pay Rs.200/- as application fee and Rs.12/- as Bank Charges/Processing Fee. This fee should be paid through Bank Challan and a copy of it must be enclosed along with the application form. The Challan can be downloaded online from the High Court's official website and it should be submitted at any branch of United Bank of India.
Calcutta High Court Recruitment 2013 - Selection Procedure
There will be different types of test to be conducted for the purpose of selection of deserving candidates. For Category I, there will be a objective type Preliminary Screening Test to be followed by a Competitive Written Test for Arithmetic, English Essay & Precis and General Knowledge. For the second category, candidates have to go through a computer aptitude and data entry speed test followed by written test and/or viva voce. For Category III, candidates will first appear in an Interview and shortlisted candidates will then have to undergo a proficiency test in Telephone Operating.

In view of the above, it may be noted that the post Code No.A to S is offered at a Pay Band-II with scale of Rs.9300-34800. For this category, along with the written test the candidate will also have to appear in the Interview cum Personality Test whereas for all other post i.e. Code No. T to # which carries Pay Band-I and scale of Rs.5200-20200, no Interview cum Personality Test is prescribed.
The above job posts are all classified under the All India Service Liability which means that appointed candidates may be asked to serve at any place within the country. Candidates will have to apply for the Tier-I SSC Examination 2013 only which is meant for selection of candidate to the Tier-II exam and no separate application needs to be made again for the later. Moreover, separate advertisements or notification will also not be issued for Tier-II. The result of qualified candidates in Tier-I will represent the list of candidates who are allowed to appear in Tier-II examination.
SSC Combined Graduate Level Examination 2013 Eligibility Criteria
There are various criteria prescribed in terms of nationality/citizenship as well as Age limit which must be fulfilled by the candidate before applying. As per the notification, the upper age limit for the post of Statistical Investigator Gr.II is 26 years whereas for the post of Assistant/Sub Inspector in CBI, the candidate must be within the age group of 20-27 years. For all other category of posts, the applicants must be within 18-27 years in order to be eligible. However, relaxation of age may be availed by different category of applicants and the details in this regard may be seen from the advertisement.The minimum essential educational qualification prescribed is to be a Graduate but there are some other requirements too. For instance, applicants for the post of Statistical Investigator Grade – II must hold a bachelor degree with Statistics as one of the main subject or otherwise in either Mathematics, Economics or Commerce with Statistics as one of the subject. Similarly for the post of Compiler, applicant must be a graduate with either Economics, Statistics or Mathematics as compulsory/elective subject. For other posts, holding a bachelor degree from recognized university is essential. In addition, candidates applying for the post of Assistant (CSS) must be proficient in Computer operation.

Interested candidates may apply to the above SSC recruitment examination by either online mode or through paper application. For either mode, all applicants other than those belonging to SC/ST/PH/ EXSM/Female category candidates must pay a fee amounting to Rs.100/-. This fee can be paid by means of Central Recruitment Fee Stamps(CRFS) in case of Offline/Paper application whereas online applicant may deposit the fee by means of cash by using system generated SSC Challan (SBI) or through State Bank of India netbanking facility. The Staff Selection Commission Tier-I examination will be conducted on 14th & 21st April 2013 from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 Noon or 2.00 P.M. to 4.00 P.M. in the designated examination centres as listed in the official notification. 40mins extra time will be admissible for visually handicapped candidates. The last date to apply for CGL 2013 is 13th Fenbruary for Part I and 15th February 2013 at 05:00 PM for Part II registration. For candidates from far-flung areas, closing date to apply is 22nd February 2013.
